Welcome to Academy of the Horse. I’ve spent my life in partnership with horses, always searching for ways to deepen the authenticity of my connection with my own horses, and to help others do the same with theirs. It’s natural to approach our relationship with the horse from the perspective of what the horse can do for us. In order to deepen the horse-human connection, we should approach the question of partnership from the perspective of what the horse needs in order to accomplish what the rider wants. My team and I are in the process of creating this site so we can show you new ways of being with the horse.
